We bought out first property in Spain in March 2017 through Petra Honig and we also let them do the "legal work" for us - which is something I would not normally do. Alex handled the purchase and always responded to our e-mails or texts and everything went smoothly - with no surprises!We decided to move inland and after 11 months we contacted Alex who negotiated a good rate for us and then sold our property in less than one week! As they handled everything for the purchase and the sale they are now reclaiming the 3% retention for us - which is so much easier when they have all the paperwork. We would not hesitate in using them in the future - a first class and efficient business.
